1. Advance Payment (20%): A 20% advance payment of the total contract value will be made via an Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit Payable at Sight upon contract signing. This covers initial costs for preparing the goods.
2. Second Installment (30%): An additional 30% of the total contract value is payable via MT103 upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other relevant shipping documents.
3. Balance Payment (50%): The remaining 50% of the total contract value will be secured by an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC). This SBLC will guarantee the final payment once the goods have been successfully discharged at the destination port and all required documents are presented.

Payment Guarantee for the entire contract value (or 10% specifically) : An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) from a prime bank, issued in your favor, must be in place prior to the MT103 / TT payment for the 10% advance. The SBLC will act as a guarantee for the buyer’s payment obligations.

The transaction shall follow the non-negotiable procedure outlined below:
Buyer issues ICPO with bank information, full KYC of the company, CEO passport and verifiable BCL (with traceability code) issued by a Top 25 World Bank (BCL must be on letterhead, stamped, and less than 7 days old).
Seller sends ICPO to compliance department for approval.
Seller provides SPA draft for buyer’s review and amendments.
Upon revision and approval by both parties.
Buyer initials, stamps and signs all pages, then returns to seller.
Seller initials, stamps and signs all pages, then returns to buyer.
Once SPA is signed by both, Seller provides POP Banking (Product Test) to buyer and bank officer.
Buyer issues RWA MT799 to Seller’s Bank Officer. Within 48h seller verifies documents and provides instructions.
Upon verification and acceptance, Buyer authorizes issuance of transferable, divisible and irrevocable SBLC (valid 365+1 days, operational by 12 shipments, via MT760).
To ensure payment, SBLC is issued to Seller’s coordinates. Within 5 banking days after SBLC
After SBLC issuance, Buyer may assign a representative for on-site observation and SGS inspection (at Seller’s expense).
Shipment deadlines are defined in SPA. Seller delivers and loads goods onto vessel, guaranteeing SGS qualified loading report.
Buyer may observe loading at port with Seller’s assistance.
Within 72h after loading and receiving full shipping documents including original BL (Bill of Lading), Buyer pays full shipment via MT103/TT to Seller’s bank account.
Upon receipt of payment, ownership of goods transfers to Buyer. Seller provides test documents and ship sails to destination port.
NOTE : NCNDA/IMFPA will be signed at the beginning of this engagement. Upon receipt of payment, upon conclusion of first transaction, Seller pays all intermediaries on the seller side and Buyer pays all intermediaries on the buyer side involved in the transaction, as assigned in the (NCNDA/IMFPA) to the Beneficiaries designated Bank Account.
NOTE : TO OBTAIN A PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP), The buyer must issue an MT 700 or MT 760 with one (1) months’ worth of funds, blocked for five (7) days and conditional upon conversion into the financial instrument (12-month total SBLC ) upon receipt of the POP from the seller’s bank

Verification and Confirmation Process
Once our company receives all the required documents, we will verify the information. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. After the verification is complete, we will issue a Final Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer to reconfirm the price.
