1. Payment Guarantee (Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit – SBLC) :
An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) from a prime bank, issued in our favor, must be in place and effective 20 Day to any advance payment.
This SBLC should cover 100% of the total contract value and will serve as a comprehensive guarantee for the buyer’s entire payment obligations throughout the contract term.
2. Advance Payment (20%) :
A 20% advance payment of the total contract value is due via Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit Payable at Sight upon contract signing.
This commitment deposit covers essential costs such as harvesting, cutting, production, and processing of the cane sugar, as well as pre-shipment and logistics expenses to ensure your shipment is prepared and dispatched efficiently.
3. Second Installment (30%) :
An additional 30% of the total contract value is payable via MT103 against presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other relevant shipping documents.
4. Balance Payment (50%) :
The remaining 50% of the total contract value is due at sight (upon presentation of documents) after the goods have been successfully discharged at the destination port. The SBLC mentioned in Section 1 will facilitate and secure this final payment.

Payment Method Sequence
1.Issuance of ATV from Bank to Bank, POF in MT 799 : The buyer’s bank issues an Authority to Verify (ATV) to the seller’s bank, accompanied by Proof of Funds (POF) in MT 799 format.
2.Opening of Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable SBLC (MT 760) : The buyer’s bank opens a Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) in MT 760 format, in favor of the seller. This SBLC’s payment is confirmed by TT MT 103 at the port of origin.
.SBLC Additional Conditions : The bank instrument must be opened for a period of one year and one month, in the amount equivalent to two months of the contract value, and is self-renewable until the end of the contract.
3.Buyer Accompanies Delivery at Port of Origin : The buyer travels to the port of origin to oversee and confirm the product delivery.
4.Issuance of SGS and Vessel Loading : Upon the issuance of the SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance) certificate, confirming the quality and quantity of the product, the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
5.Issuance of Bill of Lading (B/L) and Payment : After the Bill of Lading (B/L) is issued, the buyer initiates payment via TT MT 103 within 72 hours.
6.Release of Vessel : Once payment is successfully completed, the vessel is released for departure, adhering to INCOTERMS 2020.
Inspection: SGS for quality and quantity
Shipment: 7 – 21 days after receiving payments
Required Documentation from the Buyer
The buyer must prepare and submit the following documents:
Letter of Intent (LOI) or an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with the company seal or an authorized signature.
Company Information Sheet (CIS).
Bank Comfort Letter (BCL), which must show a credit line that is 2-3 times greater than the total order value.
Company Registration Certificate.
A copy of the buyer’s passport.
Authorized Signatory Identification.
Verification and Confirmation Process
Once our company receives all the required documents, we will verify the information. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. After the verification is complete, we will issue a Final Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer to reconfirm the price.
