Product Shelf Life : Our products are guaranteed to maintain premium quality for up to 24 months under proper storage conditions. However, certain destinations may require the shelf life to be labeled as 12 months due to local regulations. Detailed Payment Terms :
1.Advance Payment for Order Confirmation:
The buyer is required to make an advance payment of 40% of the total order value to confirm the order and allow the seller to commence production immediately.
This advance payment can be made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or any other mutually agreed upon method.
2.Remaining Balance via Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit Payable at Sight :
The remaining 60% of the total order value must be settled through an Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit (L/C) payable at Sight.
This L/C must be opened and advised to the seller within a specified timeframe (e.g., within X days after the advance payment).
Collection of Payment: This 60% balance will be collected in full from the Issuing Bank before the shipping documents are released to the buyer.
Cargo Insurance covering up to 110% total value of the order.

How to Order with GRAND SPACE LIFE & ASSET CO., LTD.
We strive to shorten the ordering process while maximizing our efforts on product quality and faster delivery. Below is our streamlined order procedure:
Confirm Your Order:
The buyer confirms the order quantity and destination of the product via a Letter of Intent (LOI) or a simple email detailing company information. (We treat LOIs with higher priority.)
Sales Contract Preparation:
GRAND SPACE LIFE & ASSET CO., LTD. will prepare and send a Sales Contract (for recurring or monthly orders only).
Sign and Exchange Contracts:
Both GRAND SPACE LIFE & ASSET CO., LTD. and the buyer will sign and exchange copies of the Sales Contract.
Invoice Issuance:
GRAND SPACE LIFE & ASSET CO., LTD. will send an invoice totaling the value of the order.
Deposit Payment:
The buyer pays the deposit for the order as advised on the Invoice.
Production and Document Preparation:
GRAND SPACE LIFE & ASSET CO., LTD. begins production immediately after confirmation of the deposit and provides the following shipping documents:

Packing List
Bill of Lading Marked Freight Prepaid
Certificate of Origin
Health Certificate
Dioxin Free Certificate
SGS or BV Weight and Quality Certification
Cargo Insurance covering up to 110% of the total order value.
Final Payment and Document Release:
The buyer settles the outstanding balance. Upon full payment, the shipment documents are issued to the buyer.
